Italian Bread
I've made this bread before and posted it here; http://refractedlite.blogspot.com/2008/05/its-italian.html
This time it turned out better than last. I was asked to make garlic bread for a family (dear friends) at church. I decided to bake Italian and use it as garlic bread. For my garlic bread all you do is, slice the entire load down the center lengthwise. In a small pan melt about 1/4 c. butter, add to that around 2 tbsp. or more extra virgin olive oil, and minced garlic (as much or little as you like) I used 3 cloves (sm- med). Spread equally over the bread and place under your broiler til lightly toasted or golden.
