Pecan Cinnamon Wafers~

Finally Joan here's one of the recipes you asked for.  Since they're so yummy I'll share them with everyone.  Again, I can't take the credit for the recipe I found it at Eating Well  however, I'll take the credit for the lousy picture! I was using my phone :(  But, I hope it doesn't take away wanting to try this recipe.  It's so easy, they store and travel well.  It is a pecan cookie and I've made them with pecans - they also do well using walnuts.
